Shipping:

 NOTE: We cannot ship to a P.O. Box.

We generally ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please allow 3 - 7 business days (depending upon your location) for delivery of your standard delivery order.  Some items ship from the manufacturer and may take 3 - 8 weeks for delivery.  Orders received on weekends, or on holidays are shipped the next business day.  Oversized items may require an additional shipping charge. Any items that require additional shipping time or incur additional shipping cost will have this information clearly displayed in the item description.  Items may ship separately.

 We have a flat rate shipping charge.  It doesn't matter how much you order, your shipping costs don't go up!  Add $7.50 to US rate for shipping to Canada.  We ship via UPS and the USPS.

Return Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with a HITH item, we will refund 100% of your purchase price on non-personalized merchandise returned within 30 days.  Item(s) must be in original packaging and in saleable condition.  Please email our Customer Care Department prior to returning ANY merchandise.  The Customer must pay the cost of shipping the item back to us except in the event of damaged or defective merchandise.  We do not pay return shipping for returns of non defective merchandise.  If merchandise is damaged or defective it will be exchanged for the same item at no cost to the customer.    We will work with you to see that you’re satisfied, and if a refund or exchange is what you want then we’ll be happy to authorize it.

Sorry, personalized items may not be returned unless defective.

Refunds can be issued only to the original credit card used for the purchase.  We regret that we cannot refund shipping charges.
